Generating a website is now free, and a business with a generated site is better off than one with none. The catch is that generated sites are interchangeable. They draw from the same few component libraries with the same defaults, like the rounded indigo button and the three-column feature grid.
The difference a visitor feels but cannot name is whether anyone made a decision.

Why a buyer should care
Restraint is why these pages load in well under a second. There is no framework, no component library and no font download, and the whole stylesheet is smaller than one stock hero image. Fewer moving parts means fewer things break at 2am.
A visitor cannot evaluate your code, but they can tell within seconds whether a site was made or assembled. If the site feels like a template, the business behind it feels like one too.
Common questions
Nothing, for a business that has none. The limitation is that generators draw from the same component libraries and defaults, so the results are interchangeable — and a site that looks like every other site transfers that impression to the business behind it.
